Cage Wedding Veils

This week we are featuring the Visor/ Cage Veil. Everyone is talking about cage veils. This look started getting big in 2002 when Reese Witherspoon did the movie Sweet Home Alabama the movie and wore a cage veil. Then in 2005 Jessica Alba wore one in Fantastic four the movie.

A cage veil is also called a visor veil. It’s a veil that is short Tulle or net veil that covers the face and lands below the eyes. They are a different style then most wedding veils. They are like the ones seen in the 50s. This style is still popular today and these veils either made of tulle or free flowing organza fabric and is a symbol of tying a knot
